		No. 45/1931: AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (FRESH MEAT) ACT, 1931

		AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 10 of THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (FRESH MEAT) ACT, 1930 .
		[15th December, 1931.]
		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:—



[GA]	The Principal Act.	1. —In this Act the expression "the Principal Act" means the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Act, 1930 (No. 10 of 1930).
[GA]	Amendment of Section 10 of the Principal Act.	2. —section 10 of the Principal Act is hereby amended in the following respects and shall be construed and have effect accordingly, that is to say:—
[GA]		( a ) by the insertion in sub-section (1) of the said section of the word "eighteen" in lieu of the word "twelve" wherever the same occurs in the said sub-section, and
[GA]		( b ) by the deletion in sub-section (4) of the said section of the words "and shall not again be provisionally registered under this section in such register," now contained therein.
[GA]	Short title and citation.	3. —This Act may 'be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Act, 1931 , and The Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Acts, 1930 and 1931.
