PRELIMINARY | ||
| [GA] | Short title. | 1. —This Act may be cited as the Enforcement of Court Orders Act, 1926 . |
| [GA] | Definitions. | 2. —In this Act the expression "the Minister" means the Minister for Justice, |
| [GA] | the expression "execution order" means and includes any writ, decree, warrant, or other document by whatever name called issued by a court in a civil matter directing or authorising the execution of an order of the court by the seizure and sale of a person's property or by putting a person in possession of lands or premises or delivering to him specific property. |
